Warranty Card
1. This product comes with a warranty period of 1 year from the date of installation. If customers register on this website, the warranty will be extended as follows:
1.1 For products not specified in the designated list*, registering on this website will extend the warranty by an additional 1 year, making it a total of 2 years from the date of installation.
1.2 For products specified in the designated list*, registering on this website will extend the warranty by an additional 3 years, making it a total of 4 years from the date of installation.
This policy will be effective from November 1, 2024, with the following warranty conditions:
1.2.1 The first 2 years of the warranty will cover labor, parts, and travel expenses for the service team.
1.2.2 For the 3rd and 4th years of the warranty, the company will charge travel expenses for areas outside the designated service zones as specified by the company. *Designated list = Product models specified by the company to be eligible for the 4-year extended warranty, such as Luna Pro+, Luna Pro, Kyra Pro, ByYou Pro, ByYou V Pro, ByYou D Pro, YDM7220B, YDM7116A, YDM4109A, YDM3109A, YDM3115V, YDD724A, YDG413A, and other models announced or specified by the company. Please check the product models and details at the point of sale.
2. The company is willing to change parts without any charge. If the product or part is damaged Caused by errors In the production standard Or defects of that part
3. This warranty does not cover products Or any parts That has been damaged due to
- Accidents, natural disasters, misuse and installation, transportation damage, lack of maintenance, neglect to comply with the details given in the instruction manual, rioting, terrorism, war
- Repairing products Or change Or modify equipment, any parts within the product by third parties That is not approved by the company
4. The company only guarantees the products of the company, not including assets or any other damage.
5. The product warranty ends immediately when damaged in accordance with Article 3. The insurance card expires, the warranty card is scraped to remove the strike. Or to edit the text in different ways, the warranty card is lost. The company reserves the right not to issue a new one.
