Yale is committed to Improve development Quality products for all customers. If customers would like to return goods which bought from. yalesmart.com, you can change or return the product within 7 days from the date of receive. Please contact us at 02-102-2064 on business days and hours: Monday to Friday(except public holidays) Saturday and Sunday: 08.30 to 17.30 hrs. Or by email: info.th.opening@assaabloy.com. For replacement products depend on the product in stock at that time and after the request is approved, we reserve the right to change the product 1 time per 1 order per 1 bill only.

Terms and Conditions

  • Product Defected which come from the product itself or the product cannot install with the door.
  • The product has not been installed and must be in the same good packaging as received.
  • The product and packaging should be good condition with original receipts.

Please note that all returned products will be subject to analysis and done the quality checked. Yale reserves the right to refuse the replacement or refund if the product does not meet the requirements
