Installation Policy for Yale smart Lock Product

  1. Free delivery and installation in Bangkok and Metropolitan area only capital district (Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, Chachoengsao and Pathum Thani) by our staff will call to make an appointment for the date and time to install with the customer’s house.

  2. The staff will mark the installation when the system has already received payment only.

  3. If not want our staff to install, the company will deliver the product to the customer within 5 working days (Bangkok). For upcountry will send products by EMS ( free of charge) within 10 working days.

  4. The company reserves the right delivery and installation of Thailand only.

  5. Installation service of Yale smart lock products will apply when purchased from Authorized Dealers and Online Stores Licensed or Certificate by ASSA ABLOY THAILAND only.

  6. On site that have limitations on the date and time. You must inform the staff first if the technician go to install and unable to install, the company will charge for the logistic fee and the customer must pay in the amount of 800.00 baht.

  7. Canceling the installation queue, customers must notify the call center 02-722-7500 to request to cancel the queue before 3 days in advance and a new installation schedule will be appoint in 7-14 business days. The staff will inform the date and time with the customer directly.

  9. We provide emergency assistance as well with 24 hours every day under warranty conditions ( see attached document below) at 02-722-7500.

Product warranty and service terms of Yale smart lock

  1. This product has a warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase according to the model of the specified in product.

  2. The company is willing to change the new spare parts without any charge, if the product or any part has damaged caused by the product quality.

  3. The warranty does not cover products or any parts which has been damaged due to accidents , natural disasters , wrong use or wrong installation, damage from the customer's own transportation, lack of maintenance, neglect to comply with the details specified in the manual , rebellion, terrorism and war disaster.

  4. The company will not be responsible for who repairing products or change or modify any parts of the equipment inside and outside the product by others who do not have an authorize or approval from the company.

  5. The company guarantees only the products from the company, not including assets or any other continuous damage. And these products must be distributed by Authorized Dealers or Online Stores Licensed or Certificate by ASSA ABLOY THAILAND only.

  6. Product warranty will ends immediately when has the damage according to no.3, the warranty card has expired, the warranty card has been scratched, removed, slashed or modified in various ways, lost warranty card. The company reserves the right not to issue a new warranty card.

  7. The company will not guarantee the product as specified If there is no warranty card to show to our staff and does not send the product warranty card back to the company. Or customers who do not register product warranty via the company online website. The company will guarantee the product does not exceed the value of the specified product.

  8. All models must be repaired from the staff which has authorize or certificate from the company or repaired from our company staff only.

  9. The company reserves the right to not return the product or change back due to the customers are not satisfied with the product, function, feature and the way to use.
