Delivery smart lock via installer on the day of installation.
Customer is required to call Yale Store for rescheduling appointment 3 (three) working day before installation appointment.

Additional surcharge on top of installation; (exclude GST)

  • $15 applied on Sentosa / CBD area / Tuas
  • $40 applied on Security zone – need permit to enter (Military camp, Changi airport, Government office, Factory, Alps (airfreight loading bay area)
  • Delivery safe $40 (with staircase every floor additional $30)

Warranty

1.      Our warranty is applicable in the Republic of Singapore only. 

2.      Our warranty for Yale Smart Lock is valid against any manufacturing defects in material for a continuous period of forty-eight (48) months from the date of installation. The warranty coverage is as follows:

a.        Year 1 & 2: Full on-site warranty, covering both parts and onsite inspection / verification.  

b.        Year 3 & 4: Limited warranty coverage includes parts only, onsite inspection is S$80.00* per visit.

3.      Yale Accessories is twelve (12) months warranty from the date of purchase. 

4.      No warranty card will be issued. All warranties will be recorded in our database system with the buyer details provided in the works order. It is the buyer responsibility to ensure the details are correct.

5.      ASSA ABLOY Singapore will provide complementary basic repair and /or parts replacement service during the warranty period subjected to the following limitations and exclusion:

·        Malfunctions or damage resulting natural disaster, fires, civil unrest and/or accidents.

·        Defects cause by misuse, physical damage, abnormal operation or handling, negligence and/or any unauthorized tampering/alterations/repairs by any other than ASSA ABLOY Singapore.

·        Battery leakage (even when the original battery is being used).

6.      A one to one replacement will be possible if there is more than 2 defects repair work reported within the full warranty period. 

7.      Labour fee of S$80.00* is chargeable for on-site service if “defects” are found not covered under our warranty scheme during the warranty period. Eg. Low battery, door alignment issue, improper usage of lock.

8.      Warranty will not be cover when user misplace the Master pin-code in Advance mode. There will be charges of S$200.00* for change of PCB board.

9.      Lock-smithing work is chargeable if buyer does not have the backup (provided either as a key, pin number, RFID access, Fingerprint) to open a partial faulty lock even if the lock is still under warranty with the following rates; 

a. 0900 – 1759 hrs – S$150.00*

b. 1800 – 0859 hrs – S$250.00*

10.   In the event that your smart lock model becomes obsolete, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar functionality. 

11.   ASSA ABLOY Singapore will not be responsible for any loss of property due to malfunctions or defects of the product.
