Yale installation service is for products purchased from Authorize dealer (Retails and Online store) in Singapore only
The price of smart lock sold included the installation cost.
Dealer will fix appointment direct with customers using Installation Booking system after payment is made (or down payment is made)
Installers will deliver the smart lock and do installation for customers.
According to the regulation of “Noise Control Ordinance” from Environmental Protection Department, installation are not allowed for noisy construction work between 7pm to 7am on weekdays, or anytime on general holidays.
(The Installation Slot are; Monday – Saturday (AM: 9am – 1pm, PM: 1pm-5pm)
Customers are required to call to Dealers for cancellation or re-scheduling of installation appointment 3 (three) working days in advance.
Dealers need to send email to ASSA admin and Titanco (warehouse) for any changes made.
Reschedule appointment within 1 or 2 days before appointment, there will be a penalty charge of S$42.80 either to the dealer or customers.
There will be additional $100 will apply on top of installation fee for Urgent installation (inform and install on the day itself).
The Installation system is only allowed to book appointment within 6weeks (from present date). Customers are allowed to purchase smart lock first and install on a future date when the house is ready.
If the installation fails due to the on-site environmental factors or change of lock model, ASSA ABLOY Singapore will charge Arrive No Installation Fee $42.80 to dealers/

1. Yale installation service is for products purchased from any Yale Smart Shops or Yale authorized dealers in Singapore only
2. The price of all smart locks includes the installation cost and 9% GST.
3. Dealer will use the Installation Booking System to book installation appointments only after full payment is done. Deposit payments, instalment basis and cash on delivery are not accepted.
4. Yale professional installers will deliver the smart lock and do installation for customers. Customers are not allowed to purchase smart locks under self-installation (except for Linus locks).
5. As per Singapore Noise Regulations, drilling works are restricted to weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No noisy works will be allowed on weekends, eve and actual dates of Public Holidays.
The Installation Time Slot available is either AM Slot: 9 AM - 1 PM or PM Slot: 1 PM - 5 PM, from Monday to Saturday. Do note that timing reflects the arrival time of installers, not the actual installation time. Installers will notify of their estimated arrival time 1 day or 1 hour before arrival.
6. There is an additional charge of $45 for last minute reschedule appointment,
In order to avoid any additional fee, please reschedule the installation appointment at least 4 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday) before the original date of scheduled appointment.
In the event of any unsuccessful installation, there will be a labour charge of S$45.
Types of unsuccessful installations can include
i) missed appointment
ii) unable to install the purchased digital door lock due to wrong measurements,
iii) mismatch of lock model to fit type of door, and
iv) unsuitable lock type for doors and other possible types of failures determined by our professional installers during their physical inspection before any installations.
7. Customers who require urgent installation will need to pay additional $110 (inclusive of GST) charges to dealer. Do note that installation dates available will be subject to installer’s availability. Please check with dealer for more details.
8. The Installation Booking System is only allowed to book appointment within 6weeks (from present date). Customers are allowed to purchase smart lock first and install on a future date when the house is ready. Customers are highly advised to install within one (1) year from the date of purchase. There will not be any refund or cancellation options available if you do not wish to install it after 1 year.
