Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping on all orders to the following areas: 

REGION CITY
NCR

Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan , Las Pinas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas , Paranaque, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig , Pateros, Valenzuela

CALABARZON

Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Quezon within City Limits

CENTRAL LUZON

Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga,  Pangasinan, Bataan, Zambales

 Areas not mentioned above are not serviceable at this moment. We will update you as soon as we are ready to cater additional areas.

 

Delivery Time

   You may expect your orders within:

  • 2-5 working days * for the National Capital Region (“NCR”)

-Schedule is blocked off for 5 days, after this timeline, installation dates will be enabled.

  • 7-13 working days* for areas outside NCR

-Schedule is blocked off for 13 days, after this timeline, installation dates will be enabled

*working day* means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday or any public/national holiday) on which banks generally are open in the Philippines for normal banking business.

 

Order Delays or Cancellations

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at support.ph@yalesmart.com with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

 

Unable to Deliver

If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of your authorized person’s identity (e.g. any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered against the delivery note, and then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt and acceptance before returning it to our logistics partner.

 

Damaged on Arrival

If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team.
