Installation Policy

  1. Yale Installation Service is for products purchased from Authorized Dealer (Retail and Online store) within the Philippines only.

  2. Listed price of Smart Digital Lock sold are exclusive of installation cost.

  3. Available installation slots per day are as follow:

                     Monday – Friday (AM: 9am – 12pm, PM: 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm),

                     Saturday (AM: 9am – 12pm only)

  4. Customers are required to call Yale Customer Care Hotline (02) 8 843 4343 loc. 9253 for cancellation or re-scheduling of appointment 3 (three) working days in advance.

  5. Rescheduling of appointment within 1 or 2 days before appointment, will not be entertained.

  6. The installation system is only allowed to book appointment after the delivery lead time declared on the Shipping and Delivery policy

  7. Warranty Coverage - please refer to end user warranty document provided in the Smart Digital Lock packaging.

  8. We do provide 24/7 emergency on-site assistance for under and after warranty. For after warranty units, service charges may apply.
