Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of promotional vouchers and voucher codes ("Vouchers").

2. Vouchers are only valid on the Yale Smart Online Shop (https://www.yalesmart.com/my/) website and mobile website. Not valid for any online marketplaces and offline channels.

3. A valid code must be entered at the checkout page in order to redeem a Voucher.

4. Customers can only redeem up to one Voucher per checkout.

5. Customers can only use the Voucher once.

6. Voucher validity is limited in time as stated with code. Validity of the voucher is until 30 September 2021.

7. ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason, including due to:

        a. suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use;

        b. Voucher abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or

        c. Voucher used in bad faith (including resold Vouchers or use of Vouchers by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling).

8. Unless otherwise stated, Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

9. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher code (for example, duration, eligibility, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers.

10. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

11. ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Vouchers, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:

        a. discontinued or cancelled Vouchers; or

        b. improper use of, or inability to redeem due expiration of, a Voucher;

12. ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without notice.
