Redemption of e-Voucher Terms & Conditions

• In order to be eligible to qualify for e-Voucher benefits, the following basic criteria have to be complied:

1. Legitimate Malaysian citizen; and
2. Age 18 years and above;

• e-Vouchers can only be redeemed for all products listed in the Yale Smart Online Shop at yalesmart.com/my. Each e-Voucher can only be used in a single transaction. Redemption of e-Vouchers will depend on availability of stock.
• Where any price of a purchased product is less than the value of the e-Voucher, no refunds will be given. On the other hand where any price of a purchased product is more than the value of the e-Voucher, the customer is required to pay/top-up the remaining balance.
• Each e-Voucher is valid until 30^th September 2020. There will be no re-issuance of e-Voucher upon the expiry date. No replacements or extension will be given for expired e-Vouchers.
• Redeemed e-Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

• Employees and agents of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and their relatives do not qualify for the promotion.
• All details of the Prizes shall be subject to Organiser’s Terms and Rules as applicable and are subject to change without notice at Organiser’s sole discretion.
• Winners are to collect and/or redeem their prize within the stated collection/redemption period.
• Winners of the Prizes will be selected at random and announced via Yale Malaysia Facebook Page on 21^st July 2020.
• The Prizes are not returnable, nor exchangeable for cash nor transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• All participants release from, and indemnify the Organiser, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. Further, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by the Contestant as a result of entering the contest or accepting any prize. Organiser further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other properties relating to or resulting from your participation in the contest.

• In the event of any dispute, organiser’s decision is final
