1. Yale installation service is for products purchased from Yale Smart Shop or Yale authorized dealers in Indonesia only.
2. The price of Smart Lock sold included the installation cost and PPN 11%.
3. Dealer will fix appointment direct with customers using installation booking system after payment is made
4. Installation and other works such drilling are restricted to weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No noisy works will be allowed on weekends, eve and actual dates of Public Holidays..
5. Customers are required to call to Yale Care +62 85 7788 9898 7 for cancellation or re-scheduling of installation appointment 3 (three) working days in advance.
6. Reschedule appointment within 1 or 2 days before appointment, there will be a penalty charge of IDR 500,000 to the customers.
7. Customers who require urgent installation will need to pay additional IDR 1,000,000 (inclusive of PPN) charges to customers. Do note that installation dates available will be subject to installer’s availability.  Please check with Yale Care for more details.
8. The Installation system is only allowed to book appointment within 6 weeks (from present date). Customers are allowed to purchase Smart Lock in advance and install on a future date when the house is ready.
9. If the installation fails due to the on-site environmental factors or change of lock model, ASSA ABLOY Indonesia will charge a fee of IDR 300,000 as "Arrive No Installation"
10. Please note that in the event that extra installation or works is required, additional fee will be charge to customers before the works start.
11. Warranty – please refer to end user warranty document provided.
